I went to get flowers yesterday. I wanted tulips but when I asked the receptionist that was there she gave me the snarkiest “No we don’t” I have ever heard. When I picked out my flowers I found that she disappeared and I waited 20 minutes waiting for anyone to help. I asked 3 different people if anyone was going to help but they all said they didn’t work the section. When I finally just went to the checkout area and asked the lady there she finally said the floral receptionist just went on lunch the second I got there. No sense of customer service anywhere in that store, let alone the flower area. Don’t bother talking to the lady if she’s there, show won’t help you.
